DFW-based. Operator-led. Built for service businesses.
Built in DFW. Built by operators.
Agency Logics is a growth partnership led by two people who have spent eight years launching and running service businesses, not describing them from the outside.

What we build and operate
Three phases, run in order. Most engagements start at whichever one is currently broken, but the sequence is what makes the work compound rather than sit as disconnected projects.
Launch and position
Offers, brands, websites, and sales experiences designed around the real buyer.
Create demand
Paid media, SEO and GEO, outbound, and email, selected around the opportunity.
Run the system
CRM, automation, AI assistants, follow-up, routing, reporting, and delivery QA.
The reason we operate rather than hand off is the one thing eight years of this makes unavoidable: demand is the easy half. A business that doubles its lead volume and does not change how it responds gets a bigger version of the same leak. That is why every engagement includes the response layer and the recovery of what already leaked.
Where the experience comes from
Eight-plus years across the businesses that move DFW, and increasingly beyond it:
- Land development
- Home energy efficiency
- Solar
- Roofing
- Turf
- Courts
- Remodeling
- Specialty trades
The trades differ; the failure modes do not. In every one of them the same three things decide the year: whether the offer is clear, whether anyone answers fast enough, and whether the follow-up survives past the second touch.
Documented programs
Three distinct performance programs, showing the whole path from advertising investment through to sales, leads, appointments, and jobs. Client identities are withheld deliberately: the proof does not need the logo.
| Program | Period | Tracked sales | Ad spend | ROAS | Leads | Appts | Jobs |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| DFW specialty contractor | Jan to Dec 2025 | $3,922,673 | $234,073 | 16.76x | 1,665 | 681 | 93 |
| Multi-state service business | Jan to Dec 2024 | $1,339,016 | $101,361 | 13.21x | 1,196 | 520 | 82 |
| Specialty contractor | 2025 reporting year | $369,967 | $10,007 | 36.97x | 115 | 68 | 27 |
$5.63M
Tracked sales across the three programs

Blended return on ad spend
"I just got another amazing lead. This has been a very successful year and a half for me. All because of you."
Live production work
Sites and systems running in production right now, which is a different claim from a portfolio screenshot:
How we decide whether to work together
We take a limited number of partners, which means the fit question is real rather than a scarcity line. The businesses this works for tend to share four things:
- A lead is worth real money. High-ticket service work, where one recovered job pays for months of system.
- There is already demand to work with. Existing ad spend, an existing database, or an existing referral flow. We are far better at fixing leaks than at inventing a market.
- The owner wants out of the follow-up. If the business depends on one person remembering to call people back, that is exactly the constraint we remove.
- Capacity to deliver the work. Generating more booked jobs than a business can service creates a worse problem than the one it solves.
If that is not you, the honest answer is usually that you need something smaller and cheaper first, and we will say so.
What we are not
We are not a media-buying shop that hands over a lead list. We are not a website vendor. We do not sell a course. And we do not take on businesses where the fundamental problem is the offer or the service quality, because no amount of automation fixes those and it is unfair to take money pretending it will.
Common questions
- Who runs Agency Logics?
- Colton Jenkins, co-founder and CEO, and Howard Kan, co-founder and COO. Colton grew up in the Rowlett area and has spent 8+ years building growth systems for service businesses, leading strategy, media buying, offer design, sales conversion, and CRM architecture. Howard spent 8 years running operations for a startup studio that launched more than a dozen companies, and leads CRM, automation, AI assistants, websites, and delivery infrastructure.
- Where is Agency Logics based?
- Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. The team is DFW-based and operator-led, and partner work runs both locally in DFW and nationally, including multi-state programs.
- What industries do you work in?
- Land development, home energy efficiency, solar, roofing, turf, courts, remodeling, and specialty trades. The common thread is not the trade, it is the shape of the business: a service company where a lead has real value, follow-up decides the outcome, and the owner is the bottleneck.
- Are your results verifiable?
- The figures published here come from client CRM and marketing records for the stated periods, and the three documented programs are distinct from one another. Client identities are withheld because the proof does not require the logo. Four live production sites are named: everbladedesigns.com, artificialturfmaintenance.com, affordablerubbersurfacing.com, and yergremodeling.com. Results vary.
- What makes this different from hiring an agency?
- Most agencies sell one function, usually media buying, and hand you leads. We build and then operate the whole path: the offer and site that convert, the demand that fills them, and the CRM, automation, and AI follow-up that stops leads leaking out the back. The reason is practical rather than philosophical. Fixing traffic without fixing follow-up moves nothing.
Think there might be a fit?
The application asks about your current revenue, advertising investment, and where growth is actually constrained. It takes a few minutes, and it is genuinely how we decide, not a formality before a sales call.
